Carmen James

Office Manager

Carmen is the engine to our steam room, we fondly refer to her as our “Mumma Bear”.  Her caring and nurturing nature keeps our tight knit team together which makes her the perfect Office Manager.

Carmen comes with 30 years experience in the Administration, Financial and Customer service fields, working in high pressure roles at the State Bank and Aussie Home Loans.

She started her Real Estate adventure back in 2002 in Sydney with a strong focus on Accounts and Administration. Carmen had the opportunity to move to our much-loved sunny state and took an opportunity to expand her experience in Accounts, Administration and Purchasing for a family run manufacturing company.

Whilst Carmen loved what she did, she truly missed working in the Real Estate environment and when the opportunity arose, she was excited to join Jonathon and his team in 2016 and has not looked back.

She loves working for a family run business, where everyone within the business is also like family and is proud to help run a tight ship ensuring all systems and processes are in place.

She understands building good relationships with both clients and staff results in a positive experience for everyone. 

In her past time, she loves to read, meditate and chill out listening to 80’s music (especially George Michael) and most of all enjoying quality time with her family and friends.

Carmen is an absolute asset to our family business.  She is the glue that sticks us together and is always more than willing and ready to help our customers and team whenever needed.
