Carmen James

In December 2023, Carmen was appointed Head of Human Resources for the AKG Group. She is focused on elevating support for our team members and creating a workplace where every staff member feels heard, valued, and empowered to grow.

Carmen brings a wealth of experience in Administration, Finance, and Customer Service. She previously served as Office Manager of the Brookwater and Greater Springfield office for seven years, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence while fostering positive relationships with both clients and staff.

Outside of work, Carmen enjoys reading, listening to music, and most importantly, spending quality time with family and friends
